My name is Justin Tye & I am the broker/team lead for Active Realty, Inc. I bring over 15 years of diverse real estate experience in new home construction, & I am a certified buyer & listing agent. I help clients with luxury real estate, relocation needs, single family homes, multi-family investment & land development.
My team & I carefully select each agent we bring onto our team. We bring value & opportunity to our agents & broker associates by working together as a partnership & instilling the best in class experience through technology, creativity, understanding our emerging markets & our client's needs.

My mission is to help people build the futures they are meant to have. It all started with a dream in real estate & building a large successful team. My mission has led to providing people with tools, systems & platforms to be successful while able to diversify into any industry, business, or area of life.
My goals are too consistently improve, grow & educate. Whatever your ideal life looks like, if you can dream it, you can achieve it. It just takes action, consistency, networking & the right tools.
