UPDATE & RENOVATE YOUR KITCHEN

A kitchen is one of the most important spaces in a home. Buyers are always looking for newer appliances, fixtures, stone, tile & cabinets when purchasing. Consider renovating your dated kitchen or updating your space, this can have a huge value to your home when you decide to sell.

WINDOWS & DOORS

Consider adding newer energy efficient windows & doors to your home. Installing new energy-efficient windows can yield a high return on investment, more so than many other home improvement projects. Since curb appeal is a crucial factor in your home’s market value, consider replacing or upgrading your garage door as well.

EXPAND/OPEN UP THE FLOOR PLAN

Upgrades that add physical square footage or make the home feel more spacious can add value to your home. Open layouts are also still in, so knocking out the right wall can create the spacious layout on many buyers’ wish lists. Other options could be converting a patio or sun room into a functioning office or building an office with any extra backyard space you may have.
